Apartment For Rent

THE OLD RECTORY
St. Thomas’ Church has a beautifully renovated two-bedroom apartment available for summer rental. The apartment sleeps four, and a child can be accommodated as a fifth, if required. There are glimpses of the harbor from the windows, and the apartment has its own front door entrance from Chestnut Street. Linens and towels are provided, and beds are made up prior to the arrival of guests. There is a full kitchen with all appliances, utensils, and seating for four. Cable TV, telephone, and high-speed internet access are provided. The apartment is available from Memorial Day through Columbus Day. Rental is $950/week. Rentals normally run from Saturday to Saturday. The apartment is also available for winter rental from mid-October to Memorial Day.
As of April 14 2010 the apartment is already fully booked from August 7 to October 16, but is currently available for any week from May 29 – August 7
